He has worked as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and program development specialist, and has contributed to the development of multiple textbooks and curriculum guides. His work includes program evaluation aligned with outcomes-based models and logic frameworks. He teaches at the university level in social studies and curriculum theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trudy Porter<\/strong>, PhD<br><em>Publisher<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.208), 16px);\">Trudy works with teachers and schools to support curriculum implementation and professional learning. Her background includes classroom teaching, school administration, and program development across multiple jurisdictions. She holds a PhD focused on teacher professional growth and change, and her work focuses on how educators adopt, adapt, and sustain effective instructional practices. She teaches at the university level in primary and elementary mathematics and inclusive classroom design, and supports educators in translating curriculum into classroom practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elizabeth Siegel<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><em>Senior Editor<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.208), 16px);\">Elizabeth works in editorial development, writing, and assessment. She brings extensive experience in children\u2019s publishing, including senior editorial work with a national magazine and educational publishing. In addition, she has authored more than a dozen educational readers, including several for reluctant readers. Her work focuses on shaping content for clarity, coherence, and developmental appropriateness, and ensuring the production of high-quality learning materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amy Flight-Dawe<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><em>Associate Publisher<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.208), 16px);\">Amy leads language adaptation work, supporting the parallel development of materials in English and French. Her work focuses on ensuring that resources are accurate, accessible, and effective across both French first-language and second-language (immersion) contexts. She brings a strong understanding of French language education, helping ensure that materials are appropriate for learners at different levels of proficiency and aligned with how French is taught in classrooms.
